Autobahnen wegbassen! Reclaim Club Culture und Geradedenken legen nach!

Am 6. Oktober veranstalten Reclaim Club Culture und Geradedenken einen gemeinsamen Soli-Rave im Mensch Meier und unterstützen damit das Aktionsbündnis #A100wegbassen bei der Kostendeckung des Protests vom 02.9.2023. Außderdem werden damit letzte offene Posten von #AfDwegbassen2022 beglichen.

Beim #A100wegbassen Soli-Rave erwartet euch ein vielfältiges politisches und musikalisches Programm: Panel Discussion! Live-Acts! DJs! Und brandneue B2B-Konstellationen!

Wir starten am 6.10. mit einem Infopanel in den Abend. Hier werden verschiedene Perspektiven auf den derzeitigen Widerstand gegen das Autobahnprojekt zur Verlängerung der A100 und deren Auswirkungen vorgestellt. Lasst uns informieren, austauschen und diskutieren!

Ein breites Bündnis der Berliner Zivilgesellschaft hatte am 2. September 2023 zur Aktion #A100wegbassen - eine Rave Demonstration am Markgrafendamm - aufgerufen. Auch wir finden, dass das Projekt des A100 Weiterbaus der Berliner Fossil-Regierung verhindert werden muss. Es würde u.a. auch für über zwanzig Clubs und Kulturorte das Aus bedeuten.

Wir stehen ein für eine Zukunft jenseits der fossilen Zerstörungspolitik, abseits der kapitalistischen Verwertungspolitik. Mit Lebens- und Wohnraum für alle. Mit Tanzflächen für jede*n - außer Nazis!

Die Welle des derzeitigen Protestes und Widerstandes gilt es weiterzuführen. Seid ihr dabei? Dann kommt rum.

Clubs statt Klimakrise.

Bass away the motorway! Reclaim Club Culture and Geradedenken are adding another one!

On October 6th Reclaim Club Culture and Geradedenken join forces for a solidarity rave at Mensch Meier to support the action alliance #A100wegbassen, to cover the costs of the protests on September 2nd.In addition, we want to settle the last open bills of #AfDwegbassen2022.

At the #A100wegbassen solidarity rave you can expect a diverse political and musical program: Panel Discussion! Live acts! DJs! And brand new B2B constellations!

We will start into the night on 06.10.2023 with an info panel on different perspectives of the current resistance against the A100 highway extension project and its effects. Let‘s inform ourselves, exchange opinions and discuss!

A broad alliance of Berlin civil societies had called for #A100wegbassen - a rave demonstration on Markgrafendamm - on September 2nd 2023. We agree on it‘s claim that Berlin fossil government‘s plans of extending the A100 highway must be prevented. It would also mean the end of over twenty clubs and cultural venues, among other things.

We stand up for a future beyond distructive fossil politics, offside exploitive capitalist politics. Living areas and housing spaces for all. With dance floors for everyone - except Nazis!

The current wave of protest and resistance must be continued. Are you in?

Häusliche Gewalt zieht sich durch alle gesellschaftlichen Schichten. In Deutschland erfährt schätzungsweise jede vierte Frau* einmal in ihrem Leben häusliche Gewalt. Die Zahlen sind tendenziell ansteigend. […]

Die Protagonistinnen des Films zeigen, dass verschiedene strukturelle Probleme die Situation von gewaltbetroffenen Frauen beeinflussen. Der Berliner Wohnungsmarkt spielt dabei eine zentrale Rolle. Er hat nicht nur einen Mangel an Schutzplätzen zur Folge, auf die gewaltbetroﬀene Frauen* angewiesen sind. Ebenso geht damit der Verlust von bereits bestehenden Zuﬂuchtsräumen infolge von Gentriﬁzierung durch Kündigungen, Mietsteigerungen und anderen Verdrängungsprozessen einher.

“Zuflucht nehmen” versucht, den Themenkomplex “Häusliche Gewalt” in der Öffentlichkeit sichtbarer zu machen und gesellschaftliche Strukturen zu hinterfragen, die es erschweren, Gewaltbeziehungen zu verlassen. Dabei wird der Ansatz verfolgt, die Thematik direkt aus der Praxis heraus zu beleuchten und abzubilden.

Domestic violence cuts across all social classes. In Germany, an estimated one in four women* experiences domestic violence at some point in her life. The numbers are trending upward. […]

The protagonists of the film show that various structural problems influence the situation of women affected by violence. The Berlin housing market plays a central role. It does not only result in a lack of shelter places, on which women* affected by violence depend. It is also accompanied by the loss of already existing shelter spaces as a result of gentriﬁcation through terminations, rent increases, and other displacement processes.

„Taking refuge“ attempts to make the issue complex of „domestic violence“ more visible to the public and to question social structures that make it difficult to leave violent relationships. The approach is to illuminate and depict the topic directly from a practical perspective.

It is with a mix of emotions that we announce this to be the final celebration with the association „Tatendrang.“ Together, we started almost a decade ago to cultivate this place, turning visions into reality. What began as a harmless birthday celebration with Tatendrang (translated as „urge to do!“) evolved into something truly beautiful: a community that has hosted a remarkable event series. xXETEXx was born back in 2015 or even before ^__^ Thank you!
Over the years, Mensch Meier´s Tatendrang has become more than just a venue; it has been our true home, a place where we forged unforgettable memories, danced until dawn, and created an unbreakable bond with our beloved xXETEXx community.
As we bid farewell, we are committed to creating a night that will etch itself permanently in our hearts. But we cannot do it alone – it will take, as always, the collective energy, spirit, and enthusiasm of each and every one of you to make this event truly exceptional.
So let‘s come together once more, united by our love for music, dance, and camaraderie, to close this circle with a resounding bang.
The magic lies in your presence, and together, we will ensure that this Tatendrang-closing celebration becomes an extraordinary testament to the essence of what Tatendrang means to all of us.
